With flu season upon us, it's time to get the stats on your health.
To celebrate its 75th anniversary, BlueCross BlueShield is transforming Manhattan's Herald Square into Health Blvd. tomorrow, Oct. 9, from 8:00 AM-6:00 PM.
Hosted by 1994 Olympic Gold Medal speed skater Dan Jansen (remember him?!), the day-long celebration will offer free blood pressure monitoring, cholesterol checks, glucose screenings, vision screenings, and massage therapy as well as fitness demonstrations, including Thai Chi, Hip-Hop Aerobics and Yoga Stretch.
