Instead of letting the tryptophan take control this Thanksgiving week, try taking a trip to the gym. It may seem like the last thing you want to do but it will make you feel much better about binging on the 26th. And 24 Hour Fitness (400 locations across the U.S.) is making a visit to the gym a bit more attainable this week.
In celebration of one of the biggest eating holidays of the year, 24 Hour Fitness is offering free work-outs to guests Nov. 22-Nov. 29.
