Let's Get Physical

BeFitNYC Free Fitness Mondays is giving New Yorkers an excuse to slim down their bodies without slimming down their bank accounts. 

The first Monday of every month (i.e., today), New York City's 30 parks and recreation centers will open their doors for a day of free fitness programs and activities. Guests can take advantage of aerobic classes, yoga, weight-training, cardio machines, and more. Some classes are available for a small fee.

A good opportunity to start shaping up for bikini weather, which is, despite the current cold, just around the corner.
