Monday Funday

First there were Muddled Mondays, hosted by multimedia art cabaret Le Poisson Rouge and featuring $5 wine, beer and well drinks all in the name of happy hour.

This week, the famed music venue has announced a new addition to its line-up: Nasty Mondays. Yep, you read that correctly.

Le Poisson Rouge is bringing a bit of España to NYC. The newest free monthly dance party takes its name from one of Barcelona's hottest celebrations, which regularly attracts hundreds of revelers, local live bands, and internationally-acclaimed artists.

DJs Max and Sören set the standard for the Barcelona playlist, starting a movement of in-club arrangements that has lasted five years and is still going strong. At Le Poisson Rouge's Nasty Mondays, party-goers can experience a mix of 50's rockabilly with 80's new wave, 90’s grunge, and recent hits and remixes.
