Labor Day the unofficial last weekend of summer. It's bittersweet -- marking the final three-day weekend for frolicking in the dimming rays of the summer sun.
It's also the last hurrah for Hamptons and Jersey Shore weekenders. But for those who didn't get in on a share house, it may be one of the more peaceful weekends in New York City. That doesn't mean the city will be totally dead, though.
