The words "farm" and "city" seem oxymoronic (isn't that a great word?) but this weekend Farm City, a tribute to urban agriculture, is touching down in the good ol' BK.
Part of the French Institute Alliance Française's Crossing the Line 2010 Fall Festival, Farm City brings together music; local food tastings; cookoffs; art; and workshops on making, growing and composting to educate and celebrate agricultural life beyond rural America.
Head over to The Invisible Dog Art Center on Bergen Street on Sunday from 11:00 AM-5:00 PM to join in the free festivities.
