Art Becomes a Part of Life on 14th Street

They say art comes in all  forms. And Art in Odd Places is putting that theory to the test.

From Oct. 1-10, the fifth annual grassroots public art project will come to life along Manhattan's 14th Street. From Avenue C to the Hudson River, performance and experimental sound-based works will be on display and the audience decides whether to be an active participant or a passive spectator.

In addition to the free art exhibit, special events will take place throughout the course of the ten-day run. A guide to the art and its artists can be found online.
