New York in the Nude

The streets of New York can seem like a catwalk, but what would happen if there weren’t any clothes to ogle and fashion to interpret?

That’s the premise behind Franco-American photog Erica Simone’s new exhibit at The Dash Gallery in Tribeca. In “Nue York: Self-Portraits of a Bare Urban Citizen,” Simone takes it all off, performing everyday activities in the buff all over New York City, from the streets to the subways.

The daring, but playful collection of photographs
is on display April 14-28 at 172 Duane Street.
