Forget Clipping Coupons -- Go Paperless
How is that one bag of groceries ends up costing $50 in New York? And when did a box of cereal get to be $6??? If there's one place everyone could use a little savings, it's the grocery store.
FF reader Lindsay did some Internet investigating and found a site that helps consumers save on groceries. If you already have a savings card with your favorite supermarket, check out Shortcuts.com. Once you register your savings card information on the site, you can select additional coupons and specials at participating stores. The discounts are then taken off at the register next time you shop – eliminating the need for paper coupons.
