Earlier this year, the Discovery Times Square Exhibition housed the incredible Titanic showcase. Now, visitors can journey back even further in time to meet Egypt's youngest pharaoh. "Tutankhamun and the Golden Age of Pharaohs" features 130 artifacts from the tomb of King Tut and other Valley of the Kings ancestors.
Ancient Egyptians were nothing short of amazing and the ornate decorations, tools, pyramids, and mummification processes that have lived on for thousands of years after their death are a testament to their progressiveness and intellect. FF got to experience this first-hand this winter on dream trip to Egypt (photo below).
The Tutankhamun will offer New Yorkers and tourists a glimpse into the life of the ruling elite until January 2011. Half-price tickets are available through Goldstar Entertainment.
