With the heat momentarily abating, spending time outdoors is almost enjoyable!
Been cooped up inside with the AC blasting for too long? This week, get outside with New York Philharmonic's Concerts in the Parks.
The free music concerts, held at parks around New York City, start at 8:00 PM and last 1.5 hours. Tomorrow night's event, on Central Park's Great Lawn, features the Philharmonic alongside the Shanghai Symphony Orchestra.
Concerts are followed by a fireworks display. This week only, concert-goers can choose from three gourmet picnic baskets from Amanda Smith Caterers.
