A Mid-Afternoon's Walk

Greenwich Village has long been a thriving community of artists, authors and eccentrics.

Those with an interest in neighborhood history and literature can explore the local haunts of Edgar Allan Poe, Dylan Thomas and Bob Dylan on the Edgar Allan Poe Greenwich Village Walking Tour.

The two-hour journey departs Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays at 2:00 PM from the Washington Square Arch and takes walkers to well-known landmarks like MacDougal Street  to lesser-known places like Poe's home.
