The Family Center strengthens families affected by illness, crisis or loss to create a more secure present and future for their children. The organization believes that every child deserves an answer to the question: Who will take care of me?
For the second year in a row, The Family Center Leadership Council is hosting an evening fundraiser and charity date auction to benefit New York City families affected by illness, crisis and loss.
This year's event will be held at premier nightclub Marquee on Friday, November 12, 2010, from 7:30-10:30 PM. Mix and mingle with more than 300 professionals and VIP guests; bid on date for yourself or a friend and enjoy a night of entertainment featuring an open bar, hors d’oeuvres, auction prizes, and all-night access to Marquee.
From first-hand experience, we can honestly say that this event is a blast! For young professionals who may not be able to afford big-ticket charity events this is an opportunity to give back without being set back. Tickets are $45 in advance, $55 at the door and can be purchased online.
