Adam Richman has made a name for himself by eating food others are too terrified to try. Whether it's extreme spice or just plain scary, the host of the Travel Channel's popular show Man v. Food has probably attempted to digest it.
On Monday, Nov. 8, the Brooklyn native will discuss his gastronomic adventures at the Tribeca Barnes & Noble. Starting at 7pm, Richman will be on hand to chat about his latest book, America the Edible: A Hungry History, From Sea to Dining Sea, a study in American culinary anthropology.
The event is free.
